This is Moraine Lake on a morning I almost didn’t get. It had been raining on and off, the air was cool, and I was starting to think the light wasn’t going to show up. Then the clouds shifted just enough to let the sun through, and a rainbow arched clean across the sky over that impossibly blue water. I remember looking up and just about losing it, yelling to my friends because I couldn’t believe what was happening. I’ve been chasing that feeling in every shot since.
