Far up in the Canadian Rockies sits a small mountain town named Jasper. Home to some of the most picture perfect lakes. This one being no exception. On this evening I decided to head out and catch the final moments of the day. This spot has such a great atmosphere with the bridge and tiny island of trees. I took a moment to find an interesting foreground and set up. As the day gave way to night the clouds started to explode with colour. I have always been a fan of long exposure images and opted to take a 2 minute photo in hopes of capturing the movement in the clouds. When the camera woke up from the shot I was so excited to see the clouds streaking across the screen.
